Unless otherwise specified in the app or the game itself, the following is the data deletion instruction for users or their parents (in case of a minor).
What metrics/analytics we use?
In our apps, we do collect some information to track the technical performance of the app and any optimization areas.
Note: you can disable the analytics and metrics from the app and we will not collect any custom information. The SDKs and analytics privacy and terms of conditions are governed by their privacy policies.
For Unity Cloud Services, please consult their privacy policies. We will add links to other privacy policies that may apply to you. Check the SDKs and services used in the app for any extra policy that should be aware of.
How to request data deletion?
You can contact us on deletion-request@brokenumbrellagames.com and we will take the request and delete the data.
To support this process, we expect that you share some account information such as currency available, last action performed, any in-app purchase made, to validate the request is valid.
If there are reasons of doubt that the request is fake or not coming from the rightful owner, we have the right to reject the request. Out of goodwill gesture, we will try to delete or hide the data as much as possible.
Note: by default, we set up anonymous accounts, so if you do not wish to create a personal account or share your details with us, you can continue to use the anonymous account which cannot be traced back to you. For anonymous accounts, we will accept the deletion requests. We will delete the data for anonymous accounts based on operational reasons only.
